About the Role:

As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer, you will be involved in planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, bring-up yield, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems that launch cutting-edge, world-class products.

Qualcomm Hardware Engineers collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and meet strict performance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute design verification for complex SoCs.
• Develop and maintain SOC-level test benches and test plans.
• Perform verification using UVM, SystemVerilog, and PSS methodologies.
• Work with AMBA protocols such as CHI, ACE.
• Handle verification for interfaces like PCIe, USB4, DDR4/5.
• Contribute to bare-metal post-silicon verification activities.
• Collaborate effectively with other engineering teams to ensure successful product development.

Key Technical Skills:

SOC-level Test Bench Development, Test Plan Development, UVM, SystemVerilog, Portable Stimulus Standard (PSS), AMBA Protocols (CHI, ACE), PCIe, USB4, DDR4/5, Bare-Metal Post Silicon Verification

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Design Verification.
• Strong hands-on experience in SOC-level test bench and test plan development.
• Proficiency with UVM, SystemVerilog, and PSS.
• Knowledge of AMBA protocols such as CHI and ACE.
• Experience working with protocols like PCIe, USB4, DDR4/5.
• Experience in bare-metal post-silicon validation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
